These terms cover two scopes: the Lapps Online Dynamics studio website (this site), and VolleyHub, a local volleyball tournament management application that sends SMS notifications. Each scope is addressed in its own section below.

Studio website (this site)

The Lapps Online Dynamics studio website provides informational content about the studio and its services.

The content on this site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or direct unlawful activity at it.

Browsing this site or submitting the contact form does not create a client engagement. Engagements begin only under a separately agreed contract.

The contact form may be used to inquire about the studio's services. Submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

VolleyHub application and SMS notifications

Program description

VolleyHub helps tournament organizers publish tournaments and coordinate team registration. SMS messages are transactional and may include login verification codes, organizer approval notifications, registration status updates, support messages, or other account and tournament-related notices.

Consent to receive SMS

By providing a phone number in VolleyHub or during organizer onboarding, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account, organizer request, tournament registration, or support activity.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on account and tournament activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact Lapps Online Dynamics through https://lappsonlinedynamics.com/#contact.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit false information, impersonate others, or use VolleyHub for unlawful or abusive activity.

No payment processing by VolleyHub

VolleyHub coordinates tournament registration but does not process payments. Any external payment handoff is between the organizer and participant.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
